Today we are responsible for supporting Google’s mobile fleet across EMEA, and we provide Managed Mobility Services for a broad range of clients across 19 countries and 21 different mobile operators.

Des is co-founder and Managing Director of Touchcom. He also sits on the board of Touchcom’s associate companies and has been involved in multiple start ups in the telecoms space. Des has over 20 years experience in the mobile communications and Managed Mobility Services industry. He is responsible for leading Touchcom and setting the corporate strategy, managing client opportunities and channel partners. Des is a business graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology.
With over 16 years experience in the mobile communications and Managed Mobility Services industry, Dave is responsible for leading the sales strategy of Touchcom Managed Services. Dave started his career working for Coca Cola Bottlers Ireland in category and sales and then moved onto various sales and management positions with O2 Telefonica. Dave is a native of Cork and holds an honours psychology and history degree from University College Cork.
Rob has over 15 years in the mobile communications and Managed Mobility Services industry and is responsible for day to day operations and for ensuring Touchcom’s managed service exceeds clients’ requirements. Rob previously implemented a managed services solution with BT Group in Ireland and, more recently, has been responsible for delivering a managed services solution for Google across 19 countries in EMEA.
Neasa has over 15 years experience in the mobile communications and Managed Mobility Services industry. She brings extensive expertise and an unrivaled customer focus to her role as Corporate Account Manager with Touchcom. She understands the value a skilled partner brings to clients when dealing with tariff optimisation, device logistics, expense management, device roll outs, and transition projects. She is responsible for customer retention and support for both corporate and SME clients across a broad range of business sectors.
Jay Mulligan is Service Delivery Manager for Touchcom, a position to which he brings 10 years experience in customer service and account management within the telecoms industry. With a background spanning roles with both fixed and mobile telecoms providers, Jay has a proven history in providing excellent customer service. Jay brings this expertise to helping customers and leading the Service Delivery Team in Touchcom.
Sara Falconer is responsible for Marketing and PR in Touchcom. She started her career in the mobile telecoms business as Marketing Communications Manager with O2 Ireland, and then spent almost 10 years as Head of Marketing for Today FM, Ireland’s national commercial radio station, before returning to telecoms with Touchcom three years ago. A graduate of Commerce from University College Cork, Sara also holds a Higher Diploma in Marketing Practice from UCD School of Business.
