Q: When will FAQ be updated?

Q: Why should I join the mailing list?

Q: What is a PUK Code?
A: PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Code. You need it to reopen your phone if your PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times. This acts as a security feature on your mobile.

Q: What is my PUK Code?
A: Your PUK code is printed on the letter received in your SIM pack. If you have lost your SIM pack, your PUK code can be found in your online personal account. "PUK code " you will need to call Customer Care to get your PUK code. Ready To Go customers call 1907 Pay monthly customers call 1907

Q: Explain Fixed Dialling / Call Restrictions?
A: To stop calls being made on your mobile that you don't approve of, you can restrict the type of calls that can be made. For example, you can restrict your mobile to national calls only, and you can also restrict it to specific numbers. To set up restrictions, go to Fixed Dialling Numbers in your menu. You will also need your PIN, which is in your SIM pack.

Q: What is Caller ID?
A: Caller ID lets you see the number of the person calling, without having to take the call. If you'd like your outgoing calls to be anonymous, dial #31# before you dial the number.

Q: Explain Dropped Call Compensation?
A: In the unlikely event that a call drops out, and it's not because either person hung up, we'll fix the problem. We will either re-connect you, or compensate. If a call drops out, don't press 'end', just wait for your mobile to return to standby. Then redial within five minutes, and don't call any other number in between.

Q: What is picture messaging?
A: Picture messaging is also known as mms messaging and Multi Picture messaging (MMS). With Picture messaging, you can send and receive messages made up of a combination of media, including images, text and sounds. Picture messages can be sent from one Picture messaging mobile to another, to an email address.
